We are thrilled to announce that Principle is once again a finalist in both the Tomorrow’s FM Awards, for our inhouse-created innovation, PCS Hub – a secure, cloud-based platform created by Principle, which operates in real time – and the Tomorrow’s Cleaning Awards, for vertical services.
Technology is a core part of our business model and we pride ourselves on being pioneers within the cleaning and FM industries. We have combined our passion for innovation with our dedication to transparency and service excellence, resulting in a suite of cutting-edge technological products that maximise our team’s effectiveness and exceed client expectations across all of our divisions, including vertical.
Since inception in 2013, technology has played a key role in the success of our vertical services, which began with just four employees. 11 years later and Principle’s window cleaning division is the UK’s second largest with a team of 100+.
3D Mapping and Drop Marking, two applications housed within PCS Hub, are invaluable to our vertical team;
- 3D Mapping details data and performance metrics for multiple buildings and large estates, including how windows are cleaned and what cleaning standards are being achieved, allowing for individual window mapping and also defect reporting.
- Drop Marking accurately records how long each drop takes and provides a real time record of the progress of scheduled cleans. The software enables us to manage performance but also pin point challenges ahead of time such as wind direction and weather.
