After being postponed – due to the pandemic – we began an intense stage 1 audit of the ISO re-certification process in January. This was carried out at our Head Office and Leyton site, plus two large operational contracts, and was followed by a four day stage 2 re-certification audit in April.
We are delighted to announce that Principle Cleaning Services remains ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 certified by Advanced Certification Limited, a UKAS Accredited Certification Body (number 8872).
The auditors commended the considerable amount of work that our team put into bringing the ISOs (which Principle has been certified in since 2020) back into full compliance. Their findings were exemplary and only a few minor observations were noted, further commenting:
“The awareness of the IMS and associated processes amongst the team was of a high standard. Of particular note, was the ease of access of supporting documentation and records. Throughout the audit there was a very positive atmosphere and a willingness to improve and embrace opportunities.“
