On 15th October, Principle celebrated Thank Your Cleaner Day – a day dedicated to recognising the effort and pride our front line colleagues bring to our clients’ buildings to keep them safe, welcoming and immaculate.
Behind every clean, polished and comfortable environment is a team member whose hard work often goes unseen but never unnoticed. Their care, consistency and professionalism are what make our clients’ spaces shine, and what make Principle who we are.
Many sites marked the occasion with cakes, small gatherings, and cards and gifts from managers and clients to express their gratitude. Principle’s leadership visited as many cleaning teams as possible, personally thanking them for their professionalism and dedication and enjoying the opportunity to catch up with teams and reflect on the true meaning of the day.
