In May 2023, the momentous news of Principle’s newly formed Employee Ownership Trust (“EOT”) was announced; making all employees co-owners.

Now we are part of the Churchill Group, we remain employee-owned and are part of the second largest EOT in the UK, meaning that we continue to achieve our Founder’s key objectives of:

Continuing the ethos of the company as one which cares deeply about its workforce and therefore acts for the benefit of its employees…

Preserving and building upon the legacy of the company by retaining its independence…

Maintaining the core identity of the Principle business and alongside this its reputation in the market…
