Our commitment to quality has been at the forefront of our business ethos since the beginning and our strong commitment to continuous improvement means that we are always pushing the bar higher.
When it comes to cleaning services, quality is often subjective. So we focus on defining client expectations and then developing metrics and KPIs, giving us clear objectives that we deliver on, and indeed often exceed.
For our leadership team, quality includes diversity of thought. As individuals, they have extensive industry experience and join Principle as leaders of their respective field. But as a group, the team regularly looks outside the industry for inspiration, thought leadership and learning. The result is early investment in technology, innovative training and development across the company and ambitious goals in sustainability and CSR.
We also ensure quality partnerships with our clients and our mutual success is a direct result of communication, collaboration and shared values.
But, on occasion, there isn’t a match, for whatever reason. And that’s ok, sometimes things just don’t work out and so we have exited contracts professionally and gracefully, doing what we can to ensure a smooth transition with the new contractors.
