Innovation and use of technology.

We lead the way in innovation and the use of new technologies to improve performance and efficiency, reduce costs and help minimise impact on the environment. For example, we use drones and robotic solutions across our activities to reduce water use and increase water recycling.

Our in-house innovations include:

3D Mapping

3D mapping delivers a totally bespoke, highly manoeuvrable 3D map of an entire building or estate. It collects data and delivers performance statistics for multiple buildings including how washrooms are used, how windows are cleaned and what cleaning standards are being achieved. It also details hotspots around estates, cleanliness, waste management and more.

Drop Marking

Drop Marking technology integrates with 3D Mapping, allowing our window cleaning teams to track and record drop duration times accurately. It also provides a real-time record of the progress of scheduled cleans. In addition, all our teams must complete our custom weather report form before work can commence.

Reverse osmosis filtration

To conserve water and minimise chemical use, we strive constantly to reduce, reuse, and recycle. For example, we’ve implemented a reverse osmosis filtration system across multiple sites, enabling us to conserve and recycle 25% of the water.

A semi-permeable membrane separates contaminants in the water, acting as a physical barrier that blocks impurities at a molecular level. This filters out 98% of unwanted molecules, producing what is effectively pure water and this is used to clean shop fronts, external receptions, columns and low level glazing across a number of client estates.

And because this is through a water fed pole system, no streaks or watermarks are left.
