We’re delighted to share that Principle, in our support for the Armed Forces Community, has received a Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze (ERS) award following signing an Armed Forces Corporate Covenant.
We’re committed to growing the number of people we help on their journey back to civilian life through employment. To achieve this we offer flexible leave options to accommodate deployment and training, and we’ve recently introduced an additional route with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP). We’re also partnering with the Forces Families Jobs Forum (FFJF) to support spouses and partners.
Lilia Lamberto – Principle’s Director of People and Culture commented:
“We are proud to promote our armed forces-friendly status and recognise the value, expertise and wide range of transferable skills that those who have served our country and their families bring, both to our business and the wider working environment. We are looking forward to working with both the CTP and the FFJF to provide more employment opportunities for those returning to civilian life.”
Combined with our employment pledge, we’ll be supporting a number of Armed Forces initiatives including Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal and Remembrance activities, and the armed forces charities.
