At Principle, we remain committed to transparency and accountability in our sustainability journey, and we are pleased to publish our second Sustainability Report:

Covering 2024–2025, the report sets out our progress against the KPIs we established at the outset of the reporting period. It reflects another year of steady improvement, alongside deeper engagement across the business and strengthened governance as we continue to embed sustainability into every aspect of our operations.
Strengthening governance and internal accountability
A key theme is the continued development of our internal sustainability structure. Our subcommittees remain strongly engaged, with increasing participation across teams and functions.
This collaborative model has been central to driving accountability and ensuring sustainability is not treated as a standalone initiative, but as a shared responsibility embedded across the organisation.
Aligning with global best practice
During 2024–2025, we strengthened our alignment with internationally recognised frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). This has enhanced the transparency, consistency and comparability of our reporting.
We have also continued to map our activity against the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring our priorities remain aligned with wider global challenges – from climate action and responsible consumption to decent work and economic growth.
Culture, engagement and accountability
Beyond frameworks and reporting structures, this year’s report highlights the importance of culture in driving meaningful change.
We have continued to strengthen internal engagement and build buy-in across our sustainability subcommittees, reinforcing a culture where sustainability is understood, owned and actively delivered at every level of the business.
This cultural momentum is critical to turning ambition into action.
