We’re proud to announce that Principle has been awarded the Gold Payroll Giving Quality Mark by the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) for 2024–2025!
This national recognition celebrates our commitment to encouraging charitable giving in the workplace, a culture that’s grown even stronger with the launch of the One Principle Foundation. It’s a reflection of the incredible generosity and community spirit of our 3,000 colleagues working in our business, which is majority owned by them through our Employee Ownership Trust.
Since launching the Foundation, we’ve seen fantastic engagement across the business. Many of our people now regularly support UK charities through our ‘give as you earn’ scheme, choosing to give back through their monthly payroll contributions.
One of the main beneficiaries is our charity partner, Richard House Children’s Hospice, alongside many other causes close to our people’s hearts.
