Martina joined Principle in 2012 as a cleaning operative. It was soon spotted that she has the ability to handle a significant workload, with amazing efficiency, and a talent for working with numbers, and she was promoted to Head of Commercial.

We are also proud and delighted to have won the ‘Best Use of Smart Solutions by a Service Provider’ category for PCS Connect at Landsec Dashwood House.
PCS Connect is our award-winning workflow system, is one of the key innovations driving our ambition to become the most sustainable cleaning company in the UK. The system was introduced at Dashwood House to improve daily operations, review daily schedules and the cleaning regime across the site, allocate tasks and team hours according to actual data and client needs.
Operative hours are allocated to the actual requirements rather than pre-scheduled duties so the team can action the areas that are being used the most in an efficient and effective response time, with all data available to review at any time by all parties.
